• Delivery times range from 1-3 business days within Dhaka and may take longer outside Dhaka.
• Customers must inspect the product upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, they should refuse to accept it.

5. Warranty and Return Policy

• Customers must check products at the shop before purchase. No returns will be accepted without valid warranty claims.
• Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Warranty service is provided based on manufacturer policies. Physical damage or mishandling voids the warranty.

• Online payment refunds may take longer, and applicable charges may be deducted.
• Any cashback received during purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
